dse is a Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) Licensed Asbestos Consultant Agency and Lead Firm. We have had extensive experience in Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Surveys in both the governmental and private sector.

AST/UST Services

Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) are an alternative storage container for various liquids. Aboveground tanks offer full view of the tank and any problems that may arise with the tank, including product leakage.

Compliance

An Environmental Compliance Audit is typically performed to measure a commercial facility’s compliance, management practices and systems with potentially applicable local, state, and federal environmental requirements and permits.

Emergency Response Management

dse has provided management skills and personnel to assist with a wide variety of emergency response actions ranging from small chemical spills at commercial facilities to massive recovery and cleanup efforts for federal, state and local agencies.

Expert Testimony

dse has reviewed and investigated over 190 dry cleaner and chemical plant related cases. This involved reviewing the sites, reports, files and dozens of other cases involving the related impacts.

NEPA

dse provides technical services for natural resources under NEPA for a variety of ecosystems across the southwest and central United States. Services range from delineating wetlands and waters of the U.S.

Environmental Training

dse can and has conducted training for a large variety of Enviromental and safety topics. This has excluded providing curriculum , exercises, PPE, equipment, etc.

Site Assessments

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is a preliminary assessment on a property or a group of properties to gather historical and current or potential special resource information regarding the environmental status of a site.

Superfund/Remediation

The CERCLA, commonly known as Superfund, was enacted by Congress on December 11, 1980. This law created a tax on the chemical and petroleum industries and provided broad Federal authority to respond directly to releases or threatened releases of hazardous substances that may endanger public health or the environment.

Water Resources

dse provides technical services for a variety of water resources projects for water and wastewater utilities across the southwest and central United States. Services range from water resources planning, infrastructure needs analyses and system evaluation, alternative development, permitting, design and construction services.
